The holster fits great in any carrying position whether its appendix style or at the 3:30. This holster comes with a standard full sweat guard and is flush near the muzzle. This allows for full protection of the slide, the open muzzle end allows for less obstruction to allow for more movement. The open muzzle also allows for anything that gets stuck in the holster to fall out, such as brass or water.
